Celander Ehitus OÜ and Estfin Builders OÜ concluded a contract for the construction of a fish processing plant. The construction contract for building a plant at 32 Angerja Road in Saue Rural Municipality was signed on 13 August.
The plant will be used by M.V.Wool AS. The area of the plot subject to development is be 14,821 m2; the net surface area of the building will be 4,461.8 m2, and the number of stories ranges from 1 to 2. The work will start in September and last until the end of May next year. Tarmo Miller has been appointed as the project manager.
