The meaning of project management for the employees of CELANDER:

	understanding the business plan of a client and adapting it to a specific building;
	adapting the project to the building (e.g. the choice or plane of the premises ensuring a maximum rent flow);
	organising the engineering design;
	obtaining necessary permits and approvals;
	organising building competitions, finding suitable sub-contractors;
	providing advice for project financing:
	analysis of a business plans submitted by a client, if necessary; analysing the cash flow related to the building; providing advice for finding a structure suitable for financing; consulting a client with regard to loan documentation;
	organising the authorisation for exploiting the building and, if necessary, obtaining a permit for use;
	quality surveillance;
	organising guarantee-period inspections and dealing with potential problems.

The aim of the project management services to find a suitable optimum solution concerning the price, quality and the room solution and the financial costs of the buildings related to the business plan of the client in order to increase the profit of the client.
