CELANDER AB is a Swedish building company, which was established more than 100 years ago. The main markets are in Sweden, the BENELUX countries and Estonia. CELANDER AB focuses on restoration and finishing works, but also deals with general contracting, real estate development and project management, depending on the market and people working in a specific country. If necessary, services of business plan analyses and consultations are offered as well.
The mission of CELANDER Ehitus in Estonia is to be the best business partner to our clients in the building sphere. It presumes that we adhere to several important value judgements, which include building quality and issues related to the commercial purposefulness of projects. |
CELANDER has been active in Estonia ever since 1997 and has mainly dealt with the restoration and redesign of buildings of high cultural and historical value. As of 2003, we also carry out general contracting activities of medium-sized building projects and provide services of project management and consultations with regard to the financing of construction sites. We have gained valuable experience while working on the following sites: the construction of the apartment building located at 13 Roosikrantsi Street, the large-scale reconstruction works in Liiva Centre, the construction of the deep-freezing warehouse and the office building of INGMAN Jäätised AS, and the construction of the furniture factory of AS Fleming and Artery apartment building at 19 Kreutzwaldi Street. The best-known restoration sites are the Kadriorg Palace, the apartment buildings at 3 Süda Street and 17 Kaupmehe Street, the Swedish St. Michael’s Church in Tallinn. We have also renovated the building at 3 Väike-Patarei Street in the district of Kalamaja, which now houses the Sustainable Renovation Information Centre. |
